All of which sums up the campaign that we spearheaded for Image Dental Clinic – a private boutique practice in central London.
First, we created a rigorous reactivation process, incorporating more regular patient contact and increased patient ‘touch points’ – in this way, their lost patients felt cared for from the get-go. We coupled this up with refined selling strategies to streamline treatment plan completion.
