Southfields Dental was seeking a transformed brand image – one that represented a modern practice fit for today’s patients.
Our solution was a cautious but ambitious rebrand – one that would balance their current patients’ understanding of the strengths of Southfields, with the need for a renewed, welcoming and professional image.
We began by designing attractive patient literature and promotional materials which would impress both new and current patients alike.
We then moved onto creating the core messaging of the website, working alongside Dental Focus.
As a central part of the income improvement programme, we also increased patient communications and developed new tactics for promoting key events, such as their Invisalign Open Day.
