Formerly the Liverpool Orthodontic Centre, the Liverpool Brace Place was counting down to the launch of their new state-of-the-art orthodontic practice in Central Liverpool.
We stepped in as specialist marketing advisers for building upon its already enviable reputation as a leading Merseyside referral centre, developing and implementing a marketing plan that targeted current patients, new patients and GDPs.
We collaborated with our client to devise a solid, two-phase marketing plan that would support the practice during both pre-launch and launch – for maximum awareness, initial consultations and appointments for the practice.
Phase one was all about a brand-new practice identity – one that reflected a modern, professional practice where a warm, friendly team of orthodontic specialists awaited.
This multiple-media marketing traversed both the online realm, and the offline world, forming a powerfully cohesive strategy. This included the design of high-quality patient literature and referral pack; direct mail; door drops; targeted PR; advertorials; attending a wedding fair; bus side advertising and strategically placed posters in high footfall areas of the City.
