Increasing GDP referrals

The Sutton Implant Clinic is a specialist, award-winning implant centre. We became involved with their business in their bid to increase their number of referrals from fellow dental professionals.

Our strategy was developed to achieve two objectives – first, to generate delegates for a succession of Study Club evenings, and second, to subsequently secure new patients.

Our emphasis was on building referrals and generating ‘members’ for their Study Club, where dentists could learn about implants and their associated issues.

We homed in on the GDPs to approach and created compelling propositions (complete with interesting themes and guest speakers) to foster interest and nurture attendance to one or more ‘special invite’ CPD-certified evenings.
